This year money raised through Penny Power will support Global Family.
We encourage everyone to creatively collect coins (and bills) and invite you to share your collection process with us!
In previous years we have had matching donors for the Penny Power campaign. Encourage members in your congregation to match the total amount collected in your church. All such donations are eligible for a donation receipt.

Also don’t feel like you have to limit your efforts to coins! They might make a more satisfying clinking sound when you drop them in a jar, but bills are a lot easier to transport, and they go a long way towards helping people in need all over the world.
Also, if you can please count and roll your own coins before bringing them to the sale, or even deposit them at the bank and give MCC a cheque it is a huge help- a pile of tens of thousands of pennies is a great thing, but is very difficult to transport or deposit.
