Donating Auction Items

This year's MCC Relief Sale will be held in Coaldale on June 18-19. We hope that you will announce this to your congregation and encourage them to support the sale by contributing articles for the Auction. We always look forward to seeing a great selection of quilts and quilted items. Please use new materials; if you want some inspiration as to colour combinations that might sell well, you might want to check out bath and linen shops. Woodwork is always popular - please be sure to send us a photo so that we can promote your craftsmanship.

We hope that you will be creative when thinking of something you might offer to the Auction. Do you have a vacation time share that you would contribute? a cabin that you would donate for a week? a particular service that you could offer?

To allow us to prepare the sale catalogue we ask that you let us know prior to May 31, what you will be contributing by completing an Auction Identification Slip (attached) and providing a photo for each item. Return Part A of the Auction Identification Slip to us; keep Part B to attach to your auction item when you bring it to the Sale.
